My Favorite Burger
Take the classic hamburger to the next level this summer! Swap the lettuce, tomato, and sesame seed bun for grilled peppers, onion, mushrooms, and a brioche bun.
Recipe-
The best ranch raised grass fed, grain finished, dry aged, lean ground beef you can find, made into patties
(I know someone who grows and sells it. Such good flavor! :)
One medium onion. Sliced mushrooms. One red bell pepper. One green or orange bell pepper. You can really use any kind of pepper you like, I just don’t like real spicy so I stick with the bells they have really good flavor.
Heat your grill up to around 400 degrees, I make about a quarter pound patty, but size them how you like. Season with salt and pepper. Grill on each side around 6-7 minutes for med rare. Add your favorite cheese if you like.
Slice up your onion, mushroom, and peppers and grill them in a little butter until tender.
For the sauce- quarter cup mayo, quarter cup ketchup a dash or two Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt to taste. Add a little sriracha sauce if you like a little more spice.
Put it all together on a fresh brioche bun. So good!!
