Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
This is one of my favorites because it is so easy! I use this same recipe with other fruits like peaches or apples. Just adjust the sugar.
Dorothy’s Beans
This recipe came from a very nice lady that I grew up knowing, Dorothy Purcell. She lived just up the road from us. She had the most beautiful home, yard, and was an excellent cook, and was a very good cook. She passed away several years back, and am so happy I have this recipe. I think of her every time I make these, and that is pretty often. It is one of my go to recipes at branding or any time I have to feed a crowd.
Easy Sourdough Biscuits
I love biscuits, and so does my family. I have several favorite biscuit recipes, but this one is really handy when you don’t have a lot of time.
The Best Bacon
It is usually all about beef around here, accept when it comes to bacon! I have been playing around with curing pork belly, and have come up with a curing recipe that is pretty darn good.
Easy Beef Shanks
Beef Shanks, Boiling Beef, Osso Buco, whatever you call it it’s full of flavor! Slow cooked and tender.
My Favorite Burger
Take the classic hamburger to the next level this summer! Swap the lettuce, tomato, and sesame seed bun for grilled peppers, onion, mushrooms, and a brioche bun.
