Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

This is one of my favorites because it is so easy! I use this same recipe with other fruits like peaches or apples. Just adjust the sugar.

Pre heat oven to 375

Filling-

3.5 cups of strawberry's cleaned and sliced

3.5 cups of rhubarb cleaned and sliced

strawberry rhubarb crisp

2 TBS flour

1 Cup sugar

Topping-

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup Oats

1 Cup Brown Sugar

⅓ Cup Butter

1 tsp cinnamon 

Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Mix all topping ingredients with a fork until all combine well.

Butter a 9x13 pan add filling. Sprinkle topping over it. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
